This Shipping Policy explains how your medical marijuana recommendation is delivered and how optional physical items, such as a plastic ID card, are mailed.

Your physician's recommendation is delivered digitally. After a licensed California physician approves your evaluation, your recommendation is emailed to you the same day, usually within minutes to a few hours of completing your appointment.
A digital recommendation is fully valid. It is accepted at every licensed medical or dual-license dispensary in California and can be verified by the dispensary. You do not need a physical card to purchase medical cannabis.
Our Gold and Platinum plans include a wallet-sized plastic ID card. This card is an optional convenience item. It is not required to access dispensaries, but many patients like having a physical card.
Physical cards are printed after your recommendation is approved and then mailed to the address you provide.
Physical ID cards are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after approval and then shipped by standard mail. Delivery within California usually takes an additional 5 to 10 business days depending on your location and postal service conditions.
Total time from approval to receiving your physical card is generally 7 to 14 business days. Your digital recommendation, however, is available the same day and can be used immediately.
We mail physical ID cards to addresses within the state of California. Please ensure the mailing address you provide during your evaluation is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.
Standard shipping of the physical ID card is included in the price of the Gold and Platinum plans. There is no separate shipping charge.
If a card is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and re-send it. A re-shipment due to an address error provided by the customer may be subject to a small reprint fee.
If your card does not arrive within 21 business days of approval, please contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement if needed.
