If a licensed California physician determines during your telehealth evaluation that you do not qualify for a medical marijuana recommendation, you will receive a full refund of your plan fee. You are only charged for a successful recommendation.
We are confident in our service, and our approval rate exceeds 98 percent. In the rare case that you are not approved, you do not pay.
You completed the evaluation and the physician did not issue a recommendation: full refund.
You were charged more than once for the same evaluation due to a technical or processing error: the duplicate charge is refunded.
You were charged but never received an evaluation or recommendation: full refund.
You received a valid recommendation from a licensed physician but later changed your mind: the service was delivered and is non-refundable.
You provided inaccurate information that affected your evaluation.
You did not attend or complete your scheduled telehealth appointment after repeated attempts to reach you.
Add-on physical products that have already been printed and shipped, such as a plastic ID card, where shipping has already occurred.
To request a refund, email contact@californiamedicalmarijuanacard.org with your full name, the email address used at signup, and the date of your evaluation. Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of your evaluation.
We review every request promptly. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Once a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not seen the refund, contact your bank first, then contact us.
